SARAH REHMAN, BSc.

Sarah Rehman is a personal trainer who has completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the prestigious University of Waterloo, Faculty of Applied Health Sciences. Her trustworthy knowledge includes an understanding of the science behind how the body works, as well as exercise program design, nutrition, and the prevention and rehabilitation of pain and injuries.

INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

Introductory Sessions are the first step for every client of Sarah Rehman Training.

A Knowledge-Based Introductory Session involves an in-depth analysis of a client’s current goals, nutrition, pain, and difficulties. This is followed by solutions and recommendations including a weekly exercise plan, a breakdown of all aspects of the training program, explanation on why pain/difficulties are experienced, and nutrition suggestions.

A Skills-Based Introductory Session involves coaching through a complete full body workout that is tailored to the information gained from the Knowledge-Based Introductory Session. This session provides clients with the skills that they will need in order to perform exercises safely, and an understanding of what their workout should feel like.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Personal Training Sessions provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and support for clients on a regular basis. These sessions will provide progressively challenging exercises in order for clients to continue advancing, as well as a guarantee that workouts will be completed regularly and safely.

Sarah Rehman Training offers a variety of options involving frequency of training and type of training.
